Gwyneth Paltrow is joining the cast of "Iron Man," as Virginia "Pepper" Potts. Paltrow will play a personal assistant to an industrialist, who develops an armored suit to battle bad guys.In addition to Paltrow, Robert Downey Jr. is cast as Tony Star/Iron Man and Terrence Howard as Jim Rhodes.
The film is directed by Jon Favreau (Elf) and is being financed Marvel Studios. No trailer is up yet as production begins in March in Los Angeles, with Paramount Pictures looking to release "Iron Man" on May 2nd, 2008. [Via]
